As part of my dedication to anti-oppressive work, BRC Therapy offers a limited number of sliding scale spots in my practice. Please inquire about these during your consult if interested. Priority is given to BIPOC and those in the LGBTQIA+ community. In the event we are not able to work together, I am committed to helping you find a great referral.
BRC Therapy accepts credit and debit cards as well as HSA cards for payment. I can also provide superbills for insurance reimbursement as an out of network provider.
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, The No Surprises Act requires health care providers to provide a good faith estimate of expected charges for services to individuals who are not seeking to file a claim or utilize their insurance coverage for services.
You have a right to receive a good faith estimate outlining what your out of pocket cost for therapy services will be. It is advised to keep a copy of this estimate for your records.
A good faith estimate must be provided within 1 business day of a scheduled service. You also can request a good faith estimate from your therapist before the time of your appointment.
If you receive a bill that is over $400 of your good faith estimate, you have the right to dispute this bill.
